摘要
运用计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)模拟软件对电渗析器中的隔板构型进行了模拟优化.主要考察4种隔板布水槽的构型和不同网丝间距对流体流动状态以及压力降的影响.研究结果表明,"b"型布水槽在减少隔室内部死区、加强隔室内部流体湍动强度和减少压力降等方面具有一定的优势,而且随着隔板网丝间距的减少,隔室内流体的湍动程度明显加强.
This paper utilized computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method to simulate spacer configuration in electrodialyzer and optimized the spacer. The effects of four different spacer distributors and filament spacing on fluid flow and pressure drop were investigated. The results show that the type "b" distributor had advantages over decreasing dead zone and enhancing turbulent intensity in the cell, reducing the pressure drop as well. In additon, the turbulent intensity of fluid in the cell increases with the decrease of filament spacing.
