摘要
在沟通中国与世界、助推中国走向世界、参与全球治理的过程中,我国的外语教育应服务国家发展战略,明确学科定位,加强结构调整,实现自我革新,构建具有中国特色的外语教育体系。然而,学界对外语教育的学科属性仍不明晰,对其独立学科地位仍然存疑,对相关问题尚缺深入探讨。本文提出,为因应国家战略和社会发展需求,我们该实施分科统合、专业调整和学科优化,在厘清外语教育研究与应用语言学、教育语言学、外语课程与教学论等学科关系的基础上,明确其学科归属,构建外语教育学的独立学科地位。
Foreign language education in China ought to serve national development, make manifest its discipline orientation, adjust its discipline contents, speed up its self-renovation, and build up a China-featured foreign language education system so as to better link up and merge China with the world, and participate in global governance. However, it is still unclear what discipline foreign language education belongs to, and whether it is an independent discipline. With this in mind, this paper advocates the establishment of Foreign Language Education Studies as an independent discipline to meet the needs of the national development, to integrate related disciplines, to adjust major setups, and to promote discipline optimization.
