摘要
基于纳米成型技术的表面处理工艺,利用Image-ProPlus对铝板表面(经处理液处理)的扫描电镜图进行处理,分析了不同处理液浓度下铝板表面的平均微孔面积和平均深度,并通过制品结合强度的变化,提出了表面处理工艺的评价标准。
Based on surface treatment process of nano molding technology, scanning electron micrographs of aluminum plates surface, which were treated via different concentration of treatment solution, were processed by Image-Pro Plus, the micropore mean area and mean depth of aluminum sheet under different concentration of treatment solution were analyzed, and the evaluation standard of surface treatment process was put forward through the change of bonding strength of nano molding products.
