汽车空调触摸面板IMR成型组合模具设计 被引量:5

摘要 针对汽车空调触摸控制板需采用IMR工艺成型的要求,对该产品进行了结构设计分析与验证,以剔除影响产品IMR成型的潜在因素。设计了上述产品IMR制程所需的主要成型模具,模具组成包括注塑成型模具和修边冲裁模具。其中,注塑模具采用机械手运送预冲裁膜片的送料方式,并使用弹销进行膜片定位。因而不需对注射机加装送膜机构,同时使用了气体辅助注塑装置,保证了产品注塑和脱模的可靠性冲裁模具采用内.外先后压边。中间冲裁修边的方式,有效降低了产品手工修边带来的良品报损。该组合模具结构设计简单实用,工作可靠性好,可作为同类产品模具设计的有益参考。 In order to meet the requirements of IMR molding, the structure design of an automobile air- conditioner control panel was analyzed to eliminate the potential factors that affecting the IMR process of the products. The main moulds of the combined mould for the IMR process were designed, and the combined mould was consisted of injection mould and trimming blanking mould. The injection mould adopted the feeding mode of the manipulator to transport the blanking diaphragm, and the elastic pin was creatively used to fix the position of diaphragm, thus the film feeding mechanism was not required to be installed to the injection machine. At the same time, the gas assisted injection molding equipment was used, to ensure the reliability of product moulding and demoulding, and the production cost could be reduced. The film die mold adopted the inner and outer pressing edge and the middle blanking trimming mode, thereby effectively reduced the loss of good products caused by the manual trimming of the products. The combined mould was simple, practical and reliable. It could be used as a useful reference for mould design of similar products.
