摘要 当高炉出铁口打开后,一次出铁时间越长,越有利于高炉的稳定性,有利于降低炮泥消耗,降低工人劳动强度,减少环境污染。结合炮泥在铁口孔道内的损毁机理,通过改进炮泥用结合剂、碳源、添加剂等,提高炮泥的致密度和高温强度,从而降低炮泥在铁口通道损毁速度,延长出铁时间。结果表明,采用改性焦油-树脂混合油作为结合剂,添加3%炭黑及5%金属硅粉的炮泥,更耐渣铁冲刷,出铁时间更长。 Through the analysis of the whole process of blast furnace slag iron discharge, this paperfinds out various factors influencing tapping time, including the influence factors of blast furnace itself andthe influence factors of taphole clay. This paper focuses on the factors affecting the stemming, combiningwith the damage mechanism of the iron notch in the channels, you can find ways to extend tapping time:choosing the beta high resin content and binder with appropriate viscosity (including asphalt), using a va-riety of composite carbon source, adding super fine powder and some additives to strengthen the matrix,thus, the stemming becomes more compact, so as to obtain high strength in different temperature gradi-ent, and the formation of the enamel layer to resist the erosion of the pore surface. And the selection ofhigh hardness, good thermal shock resistance and high corrosion resistance of refractory materials ascoarse aggregate can effectively extend tapping time.
