摘要
高职院校导游专业学生核心素养是导游职业素养、交往素养与审美素养的统一。职业素养集中体现为能履职、会履职、愿履职;交往素养集中体现为懂交往、会交往、愿交往;审美素养则集中体现为善审美、会审美、愿审美。导游专业学生核心素养的培养首先要围绕职业素养、交往素养和审美素养三维一体,严密课程体系,严格课程标准;其次要按照工学结合的模式,强化专业实训教学;再次要改革教学方法,提高教学实效;最后要构建广泛深入的课内外拓展式实践活动体系。
The Key Competencies of tour guide students in higher vocational colleges is the unity of vo- cational ability, communicative quality and aesthetic accomplishment. Students' vocational ability is em- bodied in the ability to be able to and wish to perform their duties. The communicative quality is embodied in the understanding and willingness to communicate. The aesthetic accomplishment embodies being good at and willing to appreciate aesthetic. The cultivation ways of the tour guide major's should synthesize curriculum system, strict curriculum standards, intense professional training, teaching methods reform, and construction of a widely and embedded practice system.
