摘要
中国要从制造大国向制造强国转型,就需要千千万万具有工匠精神的技术技能人才,培养高职学生的工匠精神,使高职学生成为祖国建设发展的主力军,是高职教育改革发展的必然趋势。通过机械创新大赛的实践得出高职学生参加技能竞赛的过程就是一个践行"工匠精神"的过程,参加技能竞赛可以成为培养高职学生"工匠精神"的有效路径之一。学校可根据高职学生不同的专业,不同的学习基础,在校内开展多方面,多层次的技能竞赛,让每位学生都能参与其中。
In order to transform China from a large manufacturing country to a manufacturing power, China needs thousands of skilled technicians with craftsman spirit. It's an inevitable trend for higher voca- tional education to train the craftsman spirit of its students and empower them to be the main force of na- tional development and construction. The practice of mechanical innovation competition is a process of practicing "craftsman spirit" in which vocational students participate in skills competition. Participating in skills competition can be one of the effective ways to train higher vocational students'"craftsman spirit". Taking different majors and academic proficiency of students into consideration, schools can carry out vari- ous skills competitions at different levels, so that each student can participate.
