工程造价课程渗入创新能力与职业道德培养的探索

Cultivation of Innovation Ability and Ideological Quality through Engineering Cost Course

工科学生是现代化建设的中坚力量,能否成为德才兼备的创新型人才,较大程度取决于创新能力与职业道德教育的成败。目前高校在理工科学生创新能力和道德体系建设上存在一些不足,针对现状,从创新能力、职业道德教育两个方面对工科专业课的教学改革做具体阐述。本文以工程造价课程教学为例,结合该课程特点及现状分析,在培养创新能力和职业道德教育提出了建设性建议,避免单纯式的说教,将职业道德培养渗透到专业课程各个章节教学过程中,达到大学生职业道德素质的有效提升。
