高频电波刀术联合干扰素α-2b治疗难治性宫颈炎的疗效及炎性因子的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨高频电波刀术联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗难治性宫颈炎的效果及炎性因子的变化。方法难治性宫颈炎110例,随机分为两组。对照组采用单纯高频电波刀术治疗,观察组在联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗和高频电波刀术治疗。对两组患者满意率、治疗有效率及患者血清白介素-6、白介素-8水平等进行回顾性比较分析。应用SPSS17.0软件,所获数据采用方差分析和t检验。结果观察组总效率100%。对照组总有效率89.09%。两组比较,P<0.05。对照组治疗前后血清白介素-6、白介素-8水平变化比较,P<0.0005。观察组治疗前后血清白介素-6、白介素-8水平变化比较,P<0.0005。两组治疗后血清白介素-6、白介素-8水平变化比较,P<0.0005。结论采用高频电波刀术联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗难治性宫颈炎治疗有效率及血清炎性因子水平均比较理想。 Objective To investigate the effect of high frequency radio-cutter combined with interferon α-2b in treatment of refractory cervicitis and the change of inflammatory factors. Methods 110 cases of refractory cervicitis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with simple high frequency airwave knife, and the observation group was treated with interferon alpha-2b and high frequency airwave surgery. The satisfaction rate, effective treatment and IL-6,IL-8 levels were analyzed retrospectively. Using SPSS17.0 software, the data were obtained using vari- ance analysis and t test. Results The total efficiency of observation group was 100%. The total effective rate of control group was 89.09%. Comparison of the two groups, P〈0.05. Comparison of serum IL-6, IL-8 levels in the control group was compared with P〈0.0005. Comparison of serum IL-6、IL-8 levels before and after treatment was compared with P〈 0.0005. Comparison of serum IL-6、IL-8 levels in the two groups was compared with P〈0.0005. Conclusion It is ideal to treat the effective and serum inflammatory cytokines with the combination of high frequency airwaves and the combination of interferon alpha-2b.
