中关村与张江科技园区的技术转移行为特征分析

Characteristics of technology transfer behavior in Zhongguancun and Zhangjiang Science Park

技术转移能够加快科技资源互联互通和开放共享,促进创新资源流动,是国家深入实施创新驱动发展战略的重要环节。为此选取从2001年至2016年的中关村和张江的专利转移记录,从时间、空间、转让主体及转让主题4个维度来对两地的创新活力进行对比,分析得出中观村和张江都有丰富的科技创新资源,但发展的特点各有不同,未来需要优势互补,共同打造具有国际影响力的科技创新中心。

Technology transfer can speed up the interconnection and open sharing of science and technology resources, and pro- mote the flow of innovative resources, which is an important part of the national in - depth implementation of innovation driven develop- ment strategy. This paper selects from 2001 to 2016 in Zhongguancun and Zhang Jiang＇s patent transfer records, from time, space, theme and subject of the four dimensions of two innovation activities were compared, analysis of Zhongguancun and Zhang Jiang park are rich in scientific and technological innovation resources, but the development characteristics are different, the future need to com- plement each other, together to create science and technology innovation center with international influence.
