近几年来,在衡阳市"合乡并村"区域规划调整改革实践中,始终存在着一些地方乡村盲目求大求新问题,导致乡镇乡村组合同地方公共服务基础设施改善建设不同步,还会给群众生活带来很多不便,因此在促进衡阳市城乡融合发展时,需要继续整合乡镇发展资源,以合乡并村促进地方产业经济快速发展。
