摘要
随着地方高校青年教师群体的不断增大及学校周转房使用率、使用年限的增加,由此引发了周转房供需矛盾显著、物业管理不完善、住房周转效率低等一系列问题。本文结合龙岩学院周转房存在的问题和应对策略,提出了拓展周转房房源、完善周转房物业管理体系、健全退出机制等对策,以解决地方性高校周转房运行和管理中存在的问题。希望能够为地方高校青年教师周转房管理提供参考。
With the continuous increase of young teachers,the utilization rate and time of circulation housing in local universities and colleges, some operation and management problems such as supply and demand contradiction, poor properties management and low running efficiency have been caused. Combining with the problems and management methods in LongYan University, some preventive solutions including the increase of availability, improvement of management system and elevation of utilization rate have been proposed and discussed in the text, which may be helpful for the manager of circulation housing in local universities/colleges.
