高职院校学生软技能培养途径探析

On the Ways of Cultivating Students' Soft Skills in Higher Vocational Colleges

高等职业教育的目标是培养技术技能人才,"软技能"是实现技术技能人才培养的一个重要组成部分。通过对高职院校学生"软技能"基本内涵进行了阐述,分析了高职院校学生"软技能"缺失的主要表现及原因,并就高职院校学生"软技能"的培养教育进行了探讨。

The goal of higher vocational education is to develop technical skills talents. The ＂soft skills＂ are important components of talent cultivation in the realization of technical skills. Through the explanation of the basic connotation in ＂soft skills＂ of the vocational college students, this paper analyzes the higher vocational college students＇ main performance and the reasons of tile lack of ＂soft skills＂. The cultivation of ＂soft skills＂ in higher vocational college students education is also discussed in this paper.
