高校创业导师是高校全面深化教育教学改革和培养创新创业型人才的重要保障。如何在供给侧结构性改革时期全面提升创业导师水平,已成为高校创业教育深入发展的重要课题。文章从加强创业导师选拔管理、创新创业导师培训体系、构建专兼结合的创业导师队伍、完善创业导师保障机制等四个方面提出了高校创业导师的提升策略途径,旨在为高校创业师资队伍建设提供参考和借鉴。
