摘要
当前人文社会科学中外合作办学的发展在取得重大历史成绩的同时,也存在着办学主体性不明确、人才培养理念和价值观培育不断冲突等一系列问题。解决这些问题,需要坚持自主性与引导性相结合、主体性与公共性相结合、人的发展与社会发展相结合、民族性与世界性相结合、人才培养质量与教育公平相结合的立场和原则。
At present, while sino-foreign educational cooperation in humanities and social sciences has made major historical achievements, it also has lots of issues and disadvantages including uncertainty of subjectivity, contradiction between talents education philosophy and value cultivation and so on. T, the standpoints and principles to solve these issues are combination of subjectivity and public interests,combination of development of man and growth of society, combination of nationality and universality as well as combination of educational quality and educational equality.
