通过研究临床医学专业学位研究生学位论文的选题、形式、规范和水平四个构成要素以及输入、过程和输出三个阶段的质量管理现状，在管理机构和人员两个方面，探析临床医学专业学位研究生学位论文质量管理的途径。

By studying the four elements such as the topic selection of dissertations of the clinical medical postgraduates, forms, specifications and levels and the quality management status in three stages such as input, process and output, this article analyses the way of dissertation quality management of post- graduates of clinical medicine in two aspects of management institutions and personnel.
