基于产业转型升级的高职机电类学生职业能力训练的实践与探索

Professional Ability Training of Vocational College Students Majoring in Mechanics and Electricity based on Industrial Transformation and Upgrading

随着"中国制造2025"的实施推进,制造业特别是装备制造产业逐步向智能制造方向转型升级,组织生产模式的改变使得大量工作岗位内容产生变革。创新学生职业能力培养模式是高职院校机电专业共同面临的难题。文章从制造业转型升级对机电类学生的职业能力新需求出发,结合学校生源实际情况,构架了"四层递进"学生职业能力训练平台。

With the implementation of ＂made in especially the equipment manufacturing industry, is China 2025＂ strategy, the manufacturing industry, developing in the direction of intelligent manufacturing, and also experiencing great connotation changes. Innovative students＇ training in vocational colleges and universities is thus facing of difficulties and problems. Based on the new requirements for the professional abilities of students majoring in mechanics and electricity and taking into consideration of the students＇ academic background, this paper put forward a training framework with ＂four levels of progress＂.
