补肝健腰方对腰椎间盘退变大鼠椎间盘IL-1β、IL-6表达的影响

Effect of Bugan Jianyao Decoction(补肝健腰方) on IL-1β and IL-6 Expression in Lumbar Disc Degeneration Model Rats

目的:探讨补肝健腰方对腰椎间盘退变大鼠椎间盘IL-1β、IL-6表达的影响。方法:SD大鼠75只,随机分为假手术组、模型组、腰痹通组、芬必得组、补肝健腰组,每组15只,成功制备大鼠腰椎间盘退变模型,分别给予腰痹通胶囊、芬必得、补肝健腰方药物灌胃,检测各组干预前、干预第20天、第40天椎间盘IL-1β、IL-6表达。结果:干预第20天、第40天,腰痹通组、芬必得组、补肝健腰组椎间盘IL-1β、IL-6表达均低于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);腰痹通组、芬必得组、补肝健腰组在干预第20天、第40天椎间盘IL-1β、IL-6表达水平均较干预前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);补肝健腰组与腰痹通组、芬必得组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肝健腰方能降低腰椎间盘退变模型大鼠椎间盘IL-1β、IL-6表达,可能为其防治椎间盘退变疾病的作用机理。

Objective： To observe effect of Bugan Jianyao Decoction （补肝健腰方, BGJYD） on IL-1β and IL-6 expression in lumbar disc degeneration model rats. Methods： 75 rats were randomly divided into sham-op- erated group, model group, Yaobitong （腰痹通） group, Fenbide group, BGJYD group, each group with 15 rats. After rat lumbar disc degeneration model was prepared successfully, BGJYD group were given BGJYD intragas- tric administration, while Yaobitong group, Fenbide group were given Yaobitong capsule and Fenbide capsule re- spectively, sham-operated group and model group were intragastrically administrated with the same dose of nor- mal saline. IL-1β and IL-6 expression were detected at the moment of the experimental intervention, the inter- vention of the 20th day, 40th day. Results： At the moment of the intervention of the 20th day, 40th day, compared with the control group, IL-1β and IL-6 expression of Yaobitong group, Fenbide group, BGJYD group all de- creased, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Compared with the moment of the experimental in- tervention, the IL-1β and IL-6 expression of Yaobitong group, Fenbide group, BGJYD group decreased at the moment of the intervention of the 20th day, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Compared with Yaobitong group, or with Fenbide group, there were no differences when at the three times （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： BGJYD could effectively lower IL-1β and IL-6 expression of rat lumbar disc degeneration model, it may be a mechanism for the treatment of lumbar disc degeneration.
