基于信息计量学关于天麻钩藤饮治疗高血压病随机对照试验的文献研究分析

Literature Research and Analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials of Tianma Gouteng Decoction(天麻钩藤饮) on Hypertension based on Information Metrology

目的:基于CNKI数据库资源探讨天麻钩藤饮治疗高血压随机对照试验的开展情况及研究热点,为开展相关研究提供参考依据。方法:基于CNKI数据库资源,经过专业检索→查重筛选→纳入文献→软件分析→获得文献计量可视化信息。结果:共检索509篇文献,纳入184篇,经分析得到发文量年度变化趋势图、作者与基金等层次分布图、文献互引关系网络图、作者合作网络图等资源,分析出该领域的研究热点集中在高血压肝阳上亢证型的治疗、高血压临床症状的改善、天麻钩藤饮联合西药治疗高血压。结论:天麻钩藤饮以治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病为主,着重于改善患者临床症状、提高患者生活质量;望以后得到更多基金支持,更好的开展相关研究。

Objective： Based on the CNKI database resources, this paper discussed the research hotspots of Tianma Gouteng Decoction in the treatment of hypertension, and provides reference for the related research Methods： Based on CNKI database resources, through professional search→checking and screening→included lit- erature→software analysis→obtain bibliometric visualization information. Results： A total of 509 articles were re- trieved and 184 articles were included. The analysis of the annual trends of the published documents, the dis- tribution map of the authors and the fund, the network of the literature and the network of the authors were made. The research focus in this field is hypertension, liver yang hyperactivity syndrome, hypertension clinical symptoms, Tianma Gouteng decoction combined with western medicine for hypertension. Conclusion： Tianma Gouteng Decoction is mainly for the treatment of hypertension with hyperactivity of liver yang. It mainly focuses on improving the clinical symptoms and improving the quality of life of patients. And hope to get more fund support, better carry out relevant research.
