葡萄球菌生物膜形成影响因素的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 细菌感染已成为临床中不能完全避免的情况,包括致病菌和条件致病菌。细菌生物膜成为细菌的有效保护途径,增强了细菌对抗机体的免疫防御作用及对抗生素的抵抗性。葡萄球菌生物膜形成受多因素及多基因调控,外部环境因素主要是机体免疫反应及外界有机物,内部基因调控主要是sar A、agr、aap、ica。本文就葡萄球菌生物膜的形成及影响生物膜形成的外部环境因素和内部基因调控因素进行综述,为葡萄球菌生物膜的靶向药物研究与治疗提供参考。 Bacterial infection has become a clinical situation that can't completely avoid, including pathogens and conditioned pathogens. Bacterial biofilm becomes an effective way to protect bacteria, increases the bacteria against the body immune defense and the resistance to antibiotics: Staphylococcus biofilm formation affected by muhiple factors and multi-gene regulation, including the external environmental factors, such as organism immune response and external organic matter, the internal genes regulation are mainly sarA, agr, aap, ica. This paper summarizes the formation of Staphylococcal biofilm, the external environmental factors and internal gene regulation factors that affecting biofilm formation, which can be used as a reference for the study and treatment of Staphylococcal biofilm targeted drugs.
