基于不同生源的高职护理专业课程教学改革初探——以《传染病护理学》课程教学为例 被引量:1

摘要 护理专业课程教学改革是培养高质量的高职护理专业人才的关键,其中护理专业学生生源、层次不同是高职护理专业课程教学改革的最大难点。基于此,在《传染病护理学》课程中将学生按照生源分成了普高班、中职专班和混合班,根据不同班级的特点,选择不同的教学内容和教学方法。通过对比三个班级的期末考核结果发现,普高班和中职专班学生学习效果好于混合班。因此,采用分类编班、分层次教学有利于激发学生学习的主动性和积极性,提高教学质量。 The course teaching reform of nursing speciality is the key to cultivate high- quality higher vocational nursing talents. The fact that nursing majors come from different sources and different levels is the most difficult point in the teaching reform. Based on this, in the teaching of Communicable Disease Nursing, the author divides students into normal high class, secondary vocational class and mixed class according to different sources of students . Meanwhile, different teaching contents and teaching methods are chosen according to the characteristics of different classes. Through the comparison of final examinations of the three classes, it is found that the effect of learning in normal high class and secondary vocational class is better than that of mixed class. Therefore, adopting classified class and graded teaching is helpful to stimulate students' learning initiative and enthusiasm and improve teaching quality.
