加强民主党派基层组织建设的实践与探索——以河南农业大学为例

Practice and exploration of strengthening the construction of grass-roots organizations of democratic parties——A case study of Henan Agricultural University

基层组织建设是民主党派健康发展的基础,是一项需要长期坚持的战略性任务。针对目前民主党派基层组织建设存在的组织活动重形式、轻内容,发展民主党派新成员重学历、重职称、轻培养、轻考察等问题,河南农业大学统战部门,从强化理论培训、健全组织建设、建立长效机制、强化保障措施等四个方面提出了加强民主党派基层组织建设的新途径。

The construction of grass-roots organizations in China is not only the sound foundation of the development of democratic parties, but also a strategic task that requires long- term adherenee. At present, there are many problems in the construction of grass-roots organization of democratic parties, such as, emphasizing on appearances rather than contents in activities, as well as laying stress on educational background and professional ranks, instead of cultivation and examination when recruiting new members. Taking practices and work of Henan Agricultural University as an example, a new way of strengthening the construction of grass-roots organization of democratic parties is promoted in four aspects, including enhancing the theoretical training, implementing the construction of organizations, developing long-term mechanisms, and establishing measure of safeguards.
