摘要
通过收集龙岩市67所医疗机构的1515名注册护士的基本信息,对他们的年龄、工龄、职称、学历进行统计,并进行访谈,发现龙岩市护理队伍趋于年轻化,高学历和高职称护理人才数量较少,护理人员转岗、流失严重,阻碍了龙岩市护理事业的发展,因此有必要加快护理人才培养,及时调整护理人员结构。
Information such as age, working-age, title and education 1515 registered nurses from 67 health care organizations in Longyan city were analysed. Through interviews with them, it has been found that background of collected and nursing team in Longyan city is young with less working-age; the number of nursing talents with high degrees and high titles is not big enough; the rate of job transfer or turnover is rather high, which hinders the development of nursing care in Longyan city. Therefore the training of nursing talents should he accelerated and the nursing talents structure should be adjusted timely.
