椎间盘造影术对椎间盘源性腰疼的诊断价值分析

Analysis the value of discography in the diagnosis of discogenic lumbar pain

目的探讨椎间盘造影术对椎间盘源性腰疼的诊断价值。方法选取2015年6月~2017年3月我院收治的48例椎间盘源性腰疼患者作为研究对象。所有患者均给予MRI检查以及椎间盘造影术,记录其结果并分析两种检测手段结果的相关性。结果 MRI检查的影像结果出现黑间盘48例,Modic改变11例,高信号区(HIZ)12例,轻度椎间盘突出47例;48例(112个椎间盘)患者均经椎间盘造影术检测,其中25例(45个椎间盘)出现了诱发痛,阳性率为43.1%;黑间盘、Modic改变、HIZ的MRI与椎间盘造影诱发一致性疼痛具有明显的相关性。结论 MRI与椎间盘造影术对椎间盘源性腰疼均有一定的诊断价值,可以配合运用。

Objective To analyze the value of discography in the diagnosis of discogenic back pain.Methods 58 cases patients with diseogenic lumbar pain from June 2015 to March 2017 treated in our hospital were selected as the sub- jects.All patients were examined by MRI and intervertebral discography,the results and the correlation between the two test results were recorded and compared.Results There were 48 cases with black discs,ll cases with Modic change,｜2 cases with high signal area （HIZ） and 47 cases with mild disc herniation.48 cases （112 discs） were examined by inter- vertebral discography,and 25 cases （45 discs） were positive,the positive rate was 43.1%.Black discs,Modic changes,HIZ MRI and intervertebral disc contrast-induced pain had a significant correlation.Conclusion MRI and discography have diagnostic value on diseogenic lumbar pain,and they can be used in conjunction.
