中药热奄包结合中医护理治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的效果观察

Clinical observation of raditional Chinese medicine (TCM) hot Ⅰ package combination with traditional Chinese nursing in patients with qi-stagnation and blood stasissyndrome lumbar disc herniation

目的中药热奄包结合中医护理应用于气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果观察。方法选取2016年1月~2017年1月我院骨科收治的气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者86例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各43例。实验组采用中药热奄包结合中医护理的方法治疗,对照组采用中医护理的方法治疗,对两组的疗效、患者疼痛情况、生活质量改善情况进行比较分析。结果对照组治愈16例,好转10例,无效17例,总有效率为60.46%。实验组治愈26例,好转10例,无效7例,总有效率为83.42%,实验组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者疼痛症状、生活质量的改善有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药热奄包结合中医护理方法治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者疗效优于单独中医护理的方法。

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） hot I package combination of Chi- nese medicine nursing on patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc of qi-stagnation and blood stasis syn- drome2clethods 86 patients of the orthopaedic Nanehang Hongdu Hospital of TCM from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected,patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine I package method and traditional Chinese medicine nursing,and the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing,and compared the effects, the improvement of pain and the improvement of quality of life of the two groups.Results In the control group,16 cases were cured,10 cases were improved,and 17 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 60.46%.In the experimen- tal group,26 cases were cured,10 cases were improved,7 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 83.42%. Compared with the control group,the experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statis- tically significant （P〈0.O5）.The pain symptom and quality of life the experimental group was higher than the control group for and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conelusion Chinese medicine hot I package com- bined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of qi stagnation of blood stasis syndrome in patients with is better than the use of traditional Chinese medicine nursing.
