Challenges and Solutions for the Counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Context of "Double Creation"

"大众创业,万众创新"对高职院校辅导员提出了更新教育理念,掌握更全面的知识和更高更强的职业技能的要求。但目前"双创"背景下高职辅导员的工作现状是:教育观念较为落后,对"双创"教育认识不足,缺乏开展"双创"教育的相关知识和能力。高职辅导员需要及时更新教育理念,完善知识结构,增强职业技能,如此方能满足"双创"教育的要求。

The proposal of ＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂ further clarified the qualifications of students in modern vocational colleges. In this context, the education and counseling in higher vocational colleges also face new challenges. But the current situation of vocational counselors shows that their educational concepts are out of date, they are lack of knowledge and ability of ＂double creation＂ education. Therefore, higher vocational counselors need to update the educational philosophy in a timely manner, improve the knowledge structure and enhance professional skills so that they can meet the ＂double creation＂ education requirements.
