A Study of Application of Big Data to Innovate Government Management

从"大数据"和"政府管理"的概念出发,概括出大数据对政府管理理念、行政效能和公共服务的影响,总结出应用大数据创新政府管理存在"新理念创新慢步伐,部门合作协同缝隙较大;数据库平台不完善,信息资源共享程度较低;大数据人才不充足,数据安全防控风险较高"的困境,提出应用大数据创新政府管理的具体路径——转换融合数据理念,强化部门业务协同机制;加快数据平台建设,推进部门数据共享融合;优补领域人才缺口,加强数据使用安全防范。
