驻村第一书记视角下加强贫困农村义务教育初级阶段教育的建议

Suggestions on the Elementary Education in Poverty-stricken Villages in the View of the First Secretary in Village

结合担任驻村第一书记的经历,认为当前贫困农村义务阶段初级阶段教育存在的问题,主要由于教育经费不能及时拨付到位、教育资源配置不均衡、师资力量对比悬殊、教育教学水平参差不齐和教育管理部门督查的缺失所导致,针对以上问题,提出改正的建议和措施。

This paper discusses the problems of elementary education in poverty-stricken villages based on the author＇s experience as the first secretary in village. It was found that the major problems lie in the fact that the educational fund was not appropriated in time, the teaching resources were not distributed evenly, the teaching resources and qualities were not balanced. And lacking of supervision from the educational management department is also the major cause, therefore, regarding the above problems, the paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures.
