Research on the Optimization of Automobile Manufacture Approval Management based on the Experience of Pharmaceutical Management

在系统梳理汽车生产准入管理制度基础上,以药品生产管理为标杆,围绕管理主体、对象、方式、依据等要素进行对标分析,进而总结汽车生产准入管理存在的问题和缺陷,并提出包括法制建设在内的有针对性的调整优化建议。

Based on the summaries of automobile manufacture approvals, setting pharmaceuti- cal manufacture management as a benchmark, a benchmarking analysis is made around the manage- ment elements, such as subject, object, method and legitimate basis. Then the problems and defects of the existing automobile manufacture approval are summed up, and adjustment and optimizing sug- gestions are put forward including the legislative work.
