摘要
针对现有运行的带金属法兰和未采用全屏蔽内环的盆式绝缘子中,会出现局部放电时而不时的发生现象,采用有限元仿真和试验验证,确认了这种现象发生的原因是由于盆式绝缘子浇注体与金属法兰之间的缝隙气隙分布不均匀造成的。为了解决存在的问题,提出通过调节螺栓来调节缝隙气隙的均匀度、采用全屏蔽内环设计的解决方案。实践证明,2种解决方案都是有效的、可行的。
The paper aims at the non- stable partial discharge of the existing metal flange and the basin-type insulator without using full shielding inner rings. The paper confirms the cause of this phenomenon is the gap between basin-type insulator and the metal flange distributes unevenly. In order to solve the finding problems, the paper adjusts the uniformities of the air gap and uses full-shielding inner rings. The tests proved that these two solutions are effective and feasible.
