新时代习近平人才观是新时代习近平中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,主要蕴含在党的十八大以来习近平关于人才问题及人才工作的一系列论述中,全面回答了新时代我国人才发展的一系列重大理论和实践问题,涵盖人才战略思维、现代人才治理、人才开放发展、人才教育培养、人才科学使用、人才生态环境等六个方面,赋予了人才发展新的时代内涵,具有鲜明的科学性、先进性、发展性、创新性、实践性、群众性等特征,是中国特色社会主义人才理论发展的最新成果,为新时代加快实施人才强国战略,建成人才强国,推动人才事业和人才工作蓬勃发展提供了重要指导。

The view of talents in the new era is considered as an important component of the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics proposed by President Xi Jinping, which is mainly implicated in a series of discussions on the problems and matters of talented personnel since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. It gives a full answer to the problems of talents development in the new era theoretically and practically, and mainly covers six aspects ： strategic thinking of talents, modem talent management, opening and development of talents, fostering and training of talents, scientific use of talents, and ecological environment of talents. Conforming to the development of the new era with a new connotation, it shows a distinct scientificity, progressiveness, expansibility, innovativeness, practicality and mass character.
