Design Principle and Application Analyses of Licker-in Card Clothing with Oversized Tooth Pitch

介绍超大齿距刺辊针布实现柔和分梳的原理和应用效果。采取了加大纵向针尖距减少纤维损伤、薄尖提高穿刺能力及弧齿负底角加强排杂的设计理念。在实际生产中将该针布应用于细绒棉、再生纤维素纤维,有效减少了纤维损伤,达到了较好的分梳效果,纱线质量稳定,成纱强力明显提高。认为:采用超大齿距刺辊针布有利于提高纱线质量。

The achieved soft carding principle and the application effect of oversized tooth pitch licker-in card clothing were introduced. The ideas of enlarging the distance between needle tips to reduce fiber injury, improving puncturing ability with thin tip,strengthening impurity removal with arc tooth and negative base angle were a- dopted in design. In production of fine staple cotton and cellulose fiber,the fiber injury is efficiently reduced. Stable yarn quality and the carding effect with improved strength were achieved. It is considered that adopting card clothing of licker-in with oversized tooth pitch is beneficial to the improvement of yarn quality.
