摘要
探讨采用机采棉加工JC 14.8tex赛络集聚纱的工艺优化措施。采取跳过单轴流、双轴流开棉机的清梳联工艺流程,加大多仓混棉机棉箱密度,降低打手速度,选择双齿锡林针布,适当减少预并并合数,缩短精梳给棉长度,加深顶梳深度,最终半制品棉结和杂质得到有效降低,短绒率减少,成纱质量得到明显改善。认为:降低成纱棉结是发挥机采棉品种优势的关键。
Technology optimization measures of producing JC 14.8 tex siro condensed yarn were discussed by adopting machine picked cotton. Adopting the blowing carding technology which did not adopted the single axial flow opening machine and the double axial-flow opening machine,increasing hopper density of multi-mixer, reduc- ing beater speed, choosing double-tooth cylinder clothing, reducing the number of pre-drawing, reducing the feed length of combing,deepening insertion length of top comb, neps and impurity of semi-finished product and short fiber radio were reduced. Finally, yarn quality was improved obviously. It is considered that reducing yarn neps is the key to make the variety advantages of machine picked cotton.
