摘要 探讨水溶性维纶中空纱的纺纱工艺。系统分析了水溶性维纶纱的最优纺纱工艺参数。利用水溶性维纶纱外包细绒棉,纺制水溶性维纶包芯纱。实践证明:纺制水溶性维纶纱时,高温水溶性维纶中混入一定比例的中低温水溶性维纶,可以加快织物中维纶的溶解速度,改善维纶水溶效果;水溶性维纶遇水易溶胀,纺水溶性维纶纱时要严格控制温湿度,多松少打,少落防断,大隔距,重加压,低捻度,降低纺纱速度;纺水溶性维纶包芯纱时宜采用"小捻度,低速度"工艺。认为:水溶性维纶中空纱织物保暖隔热、吸湿性和亲肤性好。 Spinning Technology of water-soluble vinylon hollow yarn was discussed. The optimum spinning technology parameter of water-soluble vinylon yarn was systematically analyzed. Using water-soluble vinylon yarn covered by medium cotton, water-soluble vinylon core spun yarn was spun. Practice shows that when spinning water-soluble vinylon yarn,higher temperature water-soluble vinylon fiber mixed with a certain proportion of medi- um and lower temperature water-soluble vinylon fiber can speed up the dissolution of vinylon in fabric and improve the dissolution effect of vinylon fiber. Water-soluble vinylon is easily to be swelled with water, when spin- ning water-soluble vinylon yarn,some technology measures should be adopted such as strict control temperature and humidity,more opening & less beating, less noil & preventing broken, biger gauge, heavier pressure, lower twist and reducing the speed of spinning frame. "Smaller-twist,lower-speed" technology principle is adopted when spinning water-soluble vinylon core spun yarn. It is considered that fabric using water-soluble vinylon hollow yarn has better thermal insulation, hygroscopicity and skin-friendly.
