摘要
用实验法对15-18岁青少年学生进行12周健美操实验研究.通过对比实验前后青少年体质的变化,探讨了健美操锻炼对青少年体质的影响.结果表明:12周健美操锻炼对青少年体质有积极的促进作用,在改变青少年身体形态、生理机能、身体素质指标均有非常显著性差异,且女生比男生差异显著.
Some juvenile students at the ages of 15-18 are tested during the 12-week aerobics practice, with the the experimental method. By comparing the physical constitution of the students before and after the experiment, the study has analyzed the influence of aerobics on juvenile students' physical constitution. The result shows that the 12-week aerobics exercise has an positive and promoting function, especially in terms of changing the body shape, the physiological function and the physical quality index of the young students. The changes are significant, and there is a more si^nificant difference in schoolgirls than in schoolboys.
