芒市出境河流芒市大河木康至风平断面污染分析及治理对策

摘要 2013—2016年芒市大河木康断面水质达标率为100%,满足功能区划要求,而芒市大河风平断面水质则逐年下降,由Ⅲ类降至Ⅳ类,至2015年则全年不达标,2016年部分月份为Ⅴ类和劣Ⅴ类水质。芒市大河的污染源主要有生活污染源、农业面源。治理对策:实施芒市大河蓝线范围综合整治;实施芒市大河干流及支流水产养殖综合整治;实施市政污水管网建设工程;实施芒市大河支流水系截污工程;实施污水处理厂深度处理工程;实施新增污水处理厂工程。 The water quality of Mukang section of Mangshi River reached the water quality standard from 2013 - 2016. However, the water quality of Fengping section was getting worse from the third grade to the fourth grade. The quality of the section could not meet the standard in the whole year of 2015. The quality was the fifth grade or worse than the fifth grade in several months in 2016. The main pollution sources were domestic sewage and agricul- tural non - point pollution. Countermeasures, including comprehensive treatment of aquieulture, construction of sewage collecting pipeline network, pollution interception, deeper treatment of current wastewater treatment plant, and construction of new wastewater treatment plantwere put forward.
