摘要
为研究改性生物沥青制备工艺条件对其性能及环境的影响,对改性生物沥青进行针入度试验、软化点试验、延度试验以及光学显微分析,考察改性生物沥青各性能的改善情况以及改性生物沥青制备过程中对环境的污染程度。结果表明,在改性生物沥青制备过程中,投放顺序采用改性沥青投入生物沥青,搅拌温度控制在95~110℃,搅拌时间控制在30min,在此制备工艺条件下对环境危害最小。
The preparation process conditions of modified bio - asphalt included feeding sequence, stirring time and stirring temperature. In order to evaluate the impact of preparation process conditions of modified bio - asphalt on environment, the tests involving penetration, softening point, ductility test and analysis of optical microscopy were carried out to analyze the performance improvement of modified bio - asphalt and environmental pollution level. The results indicated that the environmental pollution level would be the least under certain conditions of preparation process when feeding sequence must make modified asphalt pour into bio - asphalt, and the stirring temperature was controlled at 95℃ to 110℃, and the stirring time was controlled in 30 minutes.
