介绍了MVR蒸发器处理某钢铁厂的废水并回收的实例,描述MVR蒸发器运行中相关的工艺流程和参数,通过运用MVR蒸发技术来基本实现工厂的节能减排和废水的零排放,给其他行业相关的废水处理方案提供参考。
A real case of using mechanical vapor recompression （MVR） to treat the wastewater of an ion and steel factory was introduced. The relevant process and its related parameters of MVR were presented. MVR could realize energy - saving and emission - reduction and zero - discharge of wastewater for factories, which provided valuable reference for the wastewater treatment of other industries.
