重庆市2012-2016年急性弛缓性麻痹病例监测质量评估

Quality of acute flaccid paralysis surveillance in Chongqing,2012-2016

目的评价重庆市证实无脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)目标后急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)监测系统工作质量。方法通过中国免疫规划信息系统收集重庆市2012-2016年AFP病例报告数据,对AFP监测敏感性和及时性指标进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 <15岁儿童非脊灰AFP病例报告率从2012年的1.52/10万上升至2016年的1.79/10万;市级医疗机构报告病例占51.67%;24h内报告率为54.76%、48h内调查率为98.71%、合格粪便标本采集率为92.78%、7d内粪便标本送达率为95.12%。结论重庆市2012-2016年AFP监测质量总体维持高水平,但报告及时性明显下降;应加强各级医疗机构AFP监测培训。

Objective To evaluate the quality of surveillance of acute flaccid paralysis（ AFP） cases since polio-free status was re-certified. Methods We collected AFP data from 2012 to 2016 in Chongqing through the National Immunization Program Information System,and used descriptive analyses of performance indicators to assess AFP surveillance quality. Results The non-polio AFP reporting rate for 15 year olds increased from 1. 52 per 100 000 population in 2012 to 1. 79 per 100 000 population in 2016;51. 67% of cases were reported by provincial hospitals; 54. 76% were reported within 24 hours; 98. 71%were investigated with 48 hours; qualified stool samples were collected from 92. 78% of cases; and stool samples from 95. 12% of cases were delivered to the lab within 7 days. Conclusions The overall quality of AFP surveillance maintained a high level during 2012-2016,but the timeliness of reporting decreased.We should strengthen training on AFP surveillance in hospitals at all levels.
