教育治理视域中的学校社会工作管理探析 被引量:1

摘要 学校社会工作管理是依据社会工作的理论和方法,对学校社会工作的目标、对象和手段进行整合,以推动其有效运转并达成"扶弱济困""助人自助"目标的管理活动。现实的学校社会工作管理强调以"人的管理"为基础,秉持"非盈利"价值取向,善于运用有限的管理资源,具有一定优势,但也存在不少问题,如管理主体不够明晰,管理机构非专业化;管理对象重点不甚突出,管理内容杂乱无章;管理过程运行不尽合理,社会资源利用程度有限;管理效果差强人意,宣传激励和反馈能力有待提升;等等。治理背景之下,学校社会工作管理的改进方向在于:建设专职队伍,倡导多元参与,实现精准帮扶,加强科学管理,推进数据共享。 School social work management, based on the theory and method of social work, integrates the objective, object and method of school social work in order to promote its effective operation and to attain the goal of "helping the poor and the disadvantaged" and "helping both others and selves". Realistic school social work management emphasizes the "human management", upholds the "non-profit" value orientation, and makes good use of limited management resources, all of which have some advantages. But there are also many problems: the subject of management is not clear enough and the management organizations are non-professional; the focus of management object is not prominent and the management content is not in order; the management process is not reasonable enough and the use of social resources is limited; and the management effect is unsatisfactory and the publicity and feedback capacity is to be improved. Under the background of governance, to improve the school social work management, it is necessary to build a full-time team, advocate the diversified participation, achieve the precision help, strengthen the scientific management and promote the data sharing.
