摘要
课程体系是人才培养的核心。当前小学教育专业人才培养的课程体系共性太强,缺乏特色,优势难显,竞争力弱,难以应对就业市场的严峻挑战。增强小学教育专业学生的就业竞争力,必须对小学教育领域的师资需求进行细分,坚持差异化和特色化的价值取向,构建小学教育专业人才培养的课程体系,以满足人才市场对多科型教师、单科型教师和全科型教师的多样化需求。
The curriculum system is the core of talent training. At present, the curriculum system of talent training in major in primary-school education is too strong in commonness, lack of characteristics and advantages, weak in competitiveness, difficult to cope with the severe challenges of job market. To enhance the employment competitiveness of primary-school education majors, it is necessary to make the detailed classification of the need for teachers in primary-school education, insist on the differences and characteristics of value orientation and build the curriculum system of talent training in major in primary-school education to satisfy the diverse needs for multiple-subject, single-subject and general-subject teachers in job market.
