职业院校教师培训是提升教师素质的重要途径,是一项复杂的系统工作,涉及培训需求的定位、培训模式的组合和评价方式的创新等多个方面。推动职业院校教师国家级培训精准实施,需要做到需求定位精准、模式组合精准和评价方式精准。只有这样才能使培训有效地促进职业院校教师的专业成长。
The training of vocational college teachers is an important way to improve the quality of teachers and a complex system project involving such aspects as the positioning of training needs, the composition of training modes and the innovation of evaluation methods. To promote the accurate implementation of the national training of vocational college teachers, it is necessary to achieve the accurate positioning of needs, the accurate combination of modes and the accurate evaluation methods so as to effectively promote the professional growth of teachers in vocational colleges.
