An Analysis of the Focused Students' Psychological Transformation Strategy in Independent Colleges——A Case Study of Business College of Shanxi University

独立学院重点关注学生特指独立学院心理或行为异常的学生。由于受社会环境和教育观念、学校环境、原生家庭环境、自身生活经历以及不良学习和生活习惯的影响,独立学院重点关注学生心理及行为表现异常。转化独立学院重点关注学生的心理,独立学院应健全组织机构,培育相应的师资队伍;开展重点关注学生的心理普查工作,建立重点关注学生心理档案;针对重点关注学生,建立家长联系长效机制;摆脱单一的谈话转化模式,丰富转化途径,提高转化效果;为重点关注学生开展朋辈辅导,发挥自强之星的榜样作用。

The focused students in independent colleges especially refer to the students with psychological or behavioral abnormality in independent colleges. Due to the influence of social environment, educational concept, school environment, native family environment, their own life experience and bad learning living habits, the focused students＇ psychology and behavior in independent colleges represent abnormality. To transform the focused students＇ psychology, independent colleges should improve the organizational structure and cultivate the qualified teachers; carry out the psychological survey work for the focused students and establish their psychological files; establish a long-term mechanism to contact parents as for the focused students; get rid of a single conversation conversion mode and enrich the way of transformation to improve the conversion effect; carry out the peer counseling for the focused students to give play to the role of self-improvement model.
