体育学习中多元目标定向与破坏性行为的关系研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过采用问卷调查法对1125名大学生的社会目标、成就目标和破坏性行为进行测量发现:社会责任目标、社会关系目标和掌握目标对破坏性行为有显著负向预测效应,成绩趋近目标和成绩回避目标对破坏性行为有显著正向预测效应;社会关系目标对破坏性行为既有显著的直接效应,又有显著的间接效应,社会责任目标对破坏性行为没有直接效应,但有显著的间接效应;掌握目标、成绩趋近目标和成绩回避目标对破坏性行为有显著的直接效应,且在社会责任目标和社会关系目标对破坏性行为的影响中发挥着重要的中介作用。在体育学习中,学生具有多元目标观,同时考察社会目标和成就目标更有助于全面理解学生破坏性行为的动机因素。 By investigating the social goal, achievement goal and destructive behavior of 1125 college students by the use of the method of questionnaire survey, findings show that there exists a significantly negative predictive effect on destructive behavior in social responsibility goal, social relationship goal and mastery of goal, and there is a significant positive predictive effect on destructive behavior in performance approach goal and performance avoidance goal;social relationship goal has both a significantly direct effect and indirect effect on destructive behavior, social responsibility goal has no direct effect on destructive behavior but has a significantly indirect effect. Mastery of goal, performance approach goal and performance avoidance goal have a significantly indirect effect on destructive behavior and also plays an important mediating role in the influence of social responsibility and social relationship goals on destructive behavior. In studying physical education, students have a multiple-goal idea, and it is helpful to understand the motivation factors of students' destructive behavior comprehensively by checking their social goal and achievement goal all at once.
