The standard of educational testing refers to the test specifications and the technical principles developed to be applied to the educational testing activity based on the theoretical research and the testing practice. It is the technical guiding standard in this field. The setting-up of Chrnese standard for educational testing is an important approach to standardize the various educational tests in our country and to raise the overall level of educational tests.
