学生指导是针对学生在认识和处理自我、自我与他人、自我与社会关系中遇到的问题,提供全面、系统的咨询与服务,以帮助学生认识自我、认识世界、完善自我。在"新高考时代",建立生涯指导、学习指导和心理指导"三位一体"的学生指导制度,是适应教育变革需要、促进学生核心素养形成的必然要求。在学生指导体系中,生涯指导、学习指导和心理指导既各有侧重,又相互交织、互相渗透。其中,生涯指导处于基础性地位,是学生发展的"奠基石";学习指导对学生发展起着"助力"作用,是学生发展的"驱动器";心理指导在学生发展中起着疏通和纠正作用,是学生发展的"调节器"。
