在新高考改革背景下,以学生为本的价值取向更加凸显,呼唤着生涯教育的回归,同时也倒逼着学校进行改革。理性面对生涯教育对学校与教师的挑战,需要学校加强生涯规划教育的顶层设计,转变教学理念,优化师资队伍结构,通过在教学中渗透生涯规划教育的内容、开设生涯辅导课程、增强学生的生涯实践体验、开展个人生涯咨询等途径促使生涯规划教育在高中得以实现和发展。

In the context of new College Entrance Examination reform, the student-oriented value orientation is highlighted, calling for the return of career education and at the same time forcing schools to carry out the reform. To rationally face the challenge of career education to schools and teachers, it is necessary for schools to strengthen the top-level design, transform the teaching ideas, optimize the teaching staff structure, and promote the realization and development of career planning education, in the high schools through such channels as infiltrating the career planning education into the teaching, starting the career coaching course, enhancing students＇ practical career experience and carrying out the personal career counseling.
