嘉峪关市2005—2013年高血压患者住院费用构成分析

Analysis on the Hospitalization Expenses of Inpatients with Hypertension in Jiayuguan from 2005 to 2013

目的分析嘉峪关市高血压患者住院费用的变化情况及影响因素,提出相关政策建议。方法收集2005—2013年间在嘉峪关市第一人民医院、嘉峪关市第二人民医院和酒钢医院出院诊断为高血压的全部患者数据,采用描述性分析、秩和检验和最优尺度回归等统计方法,对住院费用的可能影响因素进行筛选。结果住院费用单因素分析显示,性别、年龄、住院天数和医院等级等特征的差异具有统计学意义。住院费用最优尺度回归分析显示,住院天数、医院等级和年龄是住院费用的影响因素。结论在保证服务质量的前提下,高血压患者住院费用控制重点应为缩短住院天数、减少不合理的药物使用。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the changing on hospital expenses of hypertension inpatients and its influencing factors in Jiayu- guan so as to, give some policy suggestions.. METHODS All the cases with Hypertension treatment in three hospitals between 2005 and 2013 were selected into the sample. The constitution of hospitalization expense and influent factors were analyzed by descriptive analysis, M ann-Whitney U/Kruskal-Wallis H test and optimal scaling regression. RESULTS All there were statistical significance of sex, age, length of hospitalization, and hospital level. Optimal scaling regression analysis showed that length of hospitalization, hospital level and age impact on the hospitalization expenses. CONCLUSION To reduce the hospitalization expenses of hypertension patients with the guarantee of treatment quality, it is significant to reduce the days of hospitalization, decrease the unessential and unreasonable drug usage.
