碳纤维加固锈蚀钢筋混凝土柱轴压承载力的可靠性研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究碳纤维加固钢筋混凝土柱轴压承载力变化规律,提出基于JC法的钢筋混凝土柱轴压承载力可靠度计算方法。考虑钢筋锈蚀率、碳纤维加固量、荷载效应比等因素,应用MATLAB计算软件进行数值分析,结果表明钢筋锈蚀后柱的可靠度指标偏低,若粘贴4层碳纤维布,可提升约33%柱的可靠度指标;在加固前后,柱的可靠度指标均随荷载效应比的增大而减小;钢筋的锈蚀率对结构可靠度指标影响显著,可靠度指标随锈蚀率增加而降低;碳纤维布每增加1层,柱的可靠度指标提高3.7%~5.8%。 In order to research the rules of bearing capacity of axial-compression reinforced concrete column strengthened with CFRP, the reliability computing method of axial-compression reinforced concrete column based on JC method was put forward, the corrosion rate, amount of CFRP and the load effect ratio were taken into account, the reliabilities were calculated of numerical examples by scientific computing software MATLAB. The analysis results show that: when the reinforced concrete beam is corroded, the reliability index is too small, after the beam is reinforced by 4 layers of CFRP, the reliability index increases 33%; the reliability index of the structure increases with the increase of the load effect ratio, the corrosion rate has a big influence on the reliability, index of the reinforced concrete beam, the reliability index of the structure decreases with the increase of the corrosion rate, the reliability index improves 3.7%-8% when increase one layer CFRP.
