摘要
针对西宁市轨道交通工程中混凝土结构的关键技术,研究不同配合比高性能混凝土梁的静力载荷试验和有限次疲劳荷载作用,分析高性能混凝土梁的破坏形态,对比不同水胶比的混凝土梁的受力性能,并得出不同配合比的HPC与OPC梁在静载和疲劳荷载循环下的抗弯承载力、跨中挠度、截面应变、钢筋应变、裂缝宽度的影响规律。研究结果表明HPC梁的承载力高于OPC梁;HPC梁的疲劳性能、抗裂性能都优于OPC梁;累积疲劳次数在50 000~100 000裂缝增长较快。
In this paper, the key technology for the concrete structure of Xining city to build a rail transit project, combined with static load test of different high performance concrete beams and finite fatigue loads, analysis of failure modes of high performance concrete beams, stress performance comparison of different water binder ratio of reinforced concrete beams, HPC and OPC beams bearing under different ratio of load and fatigue load under cyclic bending capacity, deflection, strain, strain of steel, influence of crack width. The results show that the bearing capacity of HPC beams is higher than OPC beams; fatigue performance, crack resistance are better than OPC; fatigue cumulative number in 50000-100000, the rapid growth of the crack.
